Author Users can't see Public Folder in Global address list.

Hi,
My users can't see the public folder in Global address
list, the line is blank where the name of the Public
Folder should be. I know it's a permission problem,
because if I try to make them member of Domain Admins,
there is no problem, but I don't know where I should make
the permission change.
Please help!

You need to "mail enable" the public folder to have it visible in the GAL.

Re-run your recipient update service, see if that populates the GAL.
