Hi all,

I am looking for the way to change reply addresses in
Outlook2K and XP.
My users connect to exchange2K server with several mail
domains. Users have several email addresses from those
domains on 1 mailbox
Like: user@company.com and user@othercompany.com
Sometimes they need to switch the reply addresses from
within Outlook cuz some customers dont need to know that
user works for company AND othercompany.
So when the smtp reply address for user is set to
user@company.com on the server and he needs to send mail
to a customer of othercompany he likes the reply address
shown as user@othercompany.com.
How can that user change his reply address in outlook2K
and XP ??????
I dont wanna get on the server 10 times a day to switch
default smtp reply address.....

Regards
Christiaan

You can't unless you have two distinct mailboxes ... in that case you could
theoretically set up an Outlook XP profile that accesses one account over
MAPI and one over IMAP. You would need to test this in a lab but I think it
would work.
