OWA Login issue!

When I log into OWA I get a logon prompt box for Name, Password and Domain.
I put in all information. Then I get prompted again with another logon box
for Name and Domain. Once I enter this I am usually given access to the
system. However, there are occasions where (depending on how I come into
the system) I get a loading page and nothing ever comes up. How do I set my
system to only have one logon box, and get rid of the other logon box. My
system is Win2k, Exchange2K, with SP2 loaded on both. Thank you!
