I have a similar post pending reply in the AD Integration
group. Here is the text of that thread. Not only do I
get 10 errors a second (9548), but I can no longer export
mail from these mailboxes using ExMerge.

I look forward to Microsoft's response. Please e-mail me
directly if you hear anything more.

Thanks,
Mark

Subject: Re: MSExchMasterAccountSID value creation when
disabling users
MSExchMasterAccountSID gets populated only if you add
another account into
the mailbox rights of the mailbox and give that other
account full mailbox
access and "Associated External Account" rights to the
mailbox.
