| Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone has encountered the following scenario:
We are running a win2k server with Exchange Server 2000. Each AD user
has (will have) a mailbox on the server. In our organisation, each
user has a front-end of an MS Access database installed that
automatically sends email on behalf of the user at the click of a
button.
Now, my question is as follows:
Is it possible to allow each user to check his/her mailbox for NDRīs,
and not allow him/her to compose and send messages over the smtp
connector from the local Outlook client? The Access application should
however still be able to send messages on behalf of the user.
Exchange ------> User, allow
Exchange <------ MS Access, allow
Exchange <--XX-- User, do not allow
Thanks in advance for shedding some light on my problem,
Ejay
