Author address lists additions do not receive mail sent to the address list.

I added 2 new employees last week. They have all the same AD info as the
others, when I visit the e2k server and look at an employees address list,
a Find now shows them in the list. But an email to employees@ourcompany.com
still sends only to the original employees that were there when the list was
initially created. Why does it appear that they are added but in reality
they are not as they do not get the emails?
Any help is appreaciated.
Post only replies the email is invalid.
