I have noticed there are several log files with names like
E0000BAE.log, E0000BB5.log. Are these files anything to
be concerned about? Could it be deleted? The file size
is around 5MB. It appears to get logged starting several
days ago. Please advise. Thank you.

these are transaction log files - do not delete them if you do not want to
lose data...your backups should flush the log files that have been committed
to the databases...you might want to look at the DR whitepaper for
Exchange...
