Urgent Help needed:user mailing not being delivered

It can not be the firewall since mail goes to other
external domain names, it is only aol that I am having
problem.

| Thats what I thought too. Howerver; I was wrong. After contacting tech
support for my firewall, they informed me that Exchange adds info to the
headers a little differently than other mail servers. I had to make
adjustments to the policy even though my previous mail server worked fine.

| Yes also have your firewall techs look into their turf tables and see what
they are blocking.. they also can make the changes right there... so you dot
have those problems.. Not sure who you use, but MCI, has great response time
for handling the gateways...

| This cannot be firewall problem since mails are delivered
to other domains, only AOL seems to refuse connection.
