I'm trying to send e-mail to internet recipient and I get
this NDR. When I send message from external account
(hotmail.com) recipient gets it. NDR generated on my
company's server. Any one can tell me what Microsoft mean
by "policy reasons"? What policy they talking about? We
don't have any restrictions for mail delivery.
Thank you.

| Send an email to postmaster@ that domain and ask. It's most likely either
because you're listed in an open relay blacklist or because you don't have a
valid reverse DNS record pointing to your outbound SMTP server.
