All of my users keep getting this error...

Exchange Instant Messaging Service sign-in failure

The user of this computer is not authorized to use this
account ... blah blah blah ...


I checked the knowledge bas and still find nothing... I
saw the one article but ours is already set up right and
there are no errors in the app log... what gives?
