| I can log into Web Access with a domain user account, but when I try to log
in with other users, the login fails. I click cancel when the login box
comes back up, but the login box keeps popping up. I have reset the
passwords to no avail. Any suggestions as to what to look at?

I bet you're a Domain Admin and the other users aren't. CHeck that
the users have Log On Locally rights and try again.
