Author Filtering email addreses

Is there any way to import a txt file into exchange 200
with a list of email address to filter.

I can enter them one at a time using their interface but
it would be nice to be able to bulk load the problem
addreses.

Also if you reply could you also send the reply to my
email address thanks.
