Restricting External email
|
|
|
| I want to restrict a few users from sending or receiving
outside emails. I only want them to send/receive
internal emails. How do I set this up? Thanks.

Couldn't you also just remove the SMTP address in the users policy and leave
them with x.400 (I only ask that because dink'in with the registry and
digging out the windows 2k Support Tools befuddles me...It's like a doctor
telling me to lose fat, I'll have to eat right and exercise)?

| smtp is the default protocol for Exchange 2000 - remove the smtp address and
they won't be able to send/receive any email...

| They have redesigned the web site and move the articles around, as of
yesterday :-)
You cannot just remove the SMTP address as Exchange 2000 requires that for
internal mail.
