I was trying to get into the public folders on the
Exchange System Manager when I got this message. Some of
the public folders seem to have lost all their
permissions, so I went into the manager to try to give
them permissions again, and found that I was unable to
get into the store. The error message I get is "The
handle specified is invalid"

Anyone seen this error before? or know how to resolve
it? I can't find mention of this error anywhere on the
web.
