Moving from 5.5 to E2K What I'm missing!
|
|
|
| I have successfully moved all my mail boxes plus public
folder from 5.5 to E2k and I have shutdown 5.5 for testing.
Everything is working fine except, when I try to add a new
profile from outlook it couldn't resolve the name.
I have noticed that 5.5 must up when I configure user
profile from outlook and I must type the name of the 5.5
for resolving then it automatically changed to name of E2K
what Step I need to do to resolve the names without the
help of 5.5?
Thanks

| either remove the 5.5 from your org correctly, or leave it up until all
users have successfully connected to new store while 5.5 is still online.

| Can you explore to \\yourexchangeserver on the network? If not, it's not an
Exchange problem. If so, are you using that same unc format when you create
a new Outlook profile?
