I would like to set disclaim message for evey e-mails
That send from my Exchange2000 server.
How can I set it....

You can do this using an SMTP Event Sink as show in the links below:

But I would personally recommend you look at a third-party solution such as
www.policypatrol.com or www.exclaimer2000.com
