Can't attach file using Exchange 2000 OWA

Can not attach any file using Exchange 2000 OWA.
I have update to Exchange 2000 SP3. It didn't solve the problems.
I can browse the local drive by clicking "browse" button on OWA however,
when I push "Attach" button.
I get "The Page cannot be found", "HTTP 404 - file not found"

I have tried with Netscape, IE 5, IE 5.5, IE 6.

If anyone can point me to right direction, I would be very thankful.
