Author 5.5 Containers importing to 2k contacts

Is there any way that i can import my members container
(under my recieptients container) to the contacts folder
on Ex2k?
i already have exported my member container using the
export under exchange 5.5, how can i get them into
exchange 2K?
any ideas?

Active Directory Connector (ADC), this will allow you to import EX5.5 users
or Custom Recipients as Contacts or Windows Users.

will this work with Small business server as well???
between to domains?
