Provide each user with the following logon information:
User Name: Alias@E-mail_Domain (if a SRV resource record is used) or
Alias@Instant_Messaging_Domain
(if a SRV record is not used)
How do I create the instant messageing domain to be the same as the users
email address?

| I know this has been answered in other posts, and that you have found the
info on your own, but for others reading this, the answer is to use the RVP
record in DNS - its purpose is to unify the IM and SMTP namespaces so that
folks can log on using either their IM alias or their SMTP address.
Hope this helps.
