| Greetings...
I have an Exchange org with 2 Admin groups; 2 servers in one, 1 server in
the other.
All the users from the 2-server site have no problem downloading the GAL for
off-line use. None of the users on the other server (admin group) can
download it. Those users do not receive an error, rather no offline address
book is available for selection in the list after selecting
Tools/Synchronize/Download address book in Outlook.
Since this affects everyone on that server, I feel there must be a
configuration problem on the server side...and I'm driving myself crazy
trying to find it.
This was an Exchange 5.5 server that was upgraded to Exchange 2000 (sp1).
This was not a problem before the upgrade.
