How do I set 'Reply To' name different than mailbox name?

| Hello, my name is Joseph Geretz (the importance of this will be clarified
shortly). I'm the Admin of various boxes which make up my little Home Office
network. I generally sign on as domain Administrator.
I just installed Exchange2K. Going with the flow, I created a Mailbox named
Administrator for user Administrator. However, I'm not happy with the fact
that outgoing mail shows the name of the sender (that's me) as
'Administrator'. I'd like it to show 'Joseph Geretz'.
In Active Directory Users and Computers I've set the display name for
Administrator to 'Joseph Geretz'. On the Exchange General tab I've set the
Alias to 'Joseph Geretz'. However, outgoing mail still shows the name of the
sender as 'Administrator'. What do I need to change in order for outgoing
mail to show the sender as 'Joseph Geretz'?
Thanks very much for your help.

| I got this to work. I went into Mail in the control panel, removed mailbox
'Administrator', re-entered Administrator and clicked 'Check Name'.
Administrator changed to Joseph Geretz. Now all mail is going out as 'Joseph
Geretz'.
