How do I configure Exchange2k to receive emails from an ISP POP3 email
address such as mailforme@mymail.com in the same way that OUTLOOK is
configure to receives emails from an ISP. I remember it was easy in
Exchange5.5, but now things are different in Exchange2k. Thanks.

You need a POP3 connector such as www.exchangepop3.com, my personal
recommendation is you look into hosting the mail yourself, its not that hard
to do, here is a link that might help:
