| OK my DNS settings are receiving two different URLs.
www.newcompany.com and www.oldcompany.com. Obviously
these are made up to reflect our current company name and
the name we no longer use. I get about 600 NDRs a day to
oldcompany.com and about 10-15 under newcompany.com.
Mostly because the exchange server is not receiving any
users from oldcompany.com so they all get rejected.
OK now that you understand my scenerio, let me ask you a
few querstions.
1) Can I filter oldcompany.com? We have a legal agreement
to monitor one ex-employee's e-mail account for any
business related messages. This guy gets maybe 5-10
messages a day, all of which are spam or porn(now you know
why he is an EX-employee). However, since we are
contractually obligated I have to sift through his mail.
Is there a way that I can only accept this guys e-mails
and reject the rest?
2) Is there a way I can only receive newcompany.com NDRs?
If we lose an employee, is there a way I can reject that
user's mail? We also get some common spam addresses
(webmaster@, info@, administrator@, etc.). Is there a way
to filter those out?
Ideally, What I want is NDRs on misspelled usernames or
info on outside users sending e-mails that are too large
or specific employees that we have agreed to hold mail
for. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

You might want to take a look at MailBasket from www.turbogeeks for some of
the issues you have mentioned.
