| Can anyone tell me where i can create or setup Filters so
i can block Mail based on content.

You will need a third-party solution to do this, I would suggest looking at
MailSecurity from www.gfi.com

| Exchange 2000 only allows you to block sender address not content
for content sweeping use third party tools
