Leave mail on server default for Exchange2K

| Hi
I have a user who is receiving duplicate emails each time she makes a new
connection.
She has a laptop running Winnt 4.0 with Outlook2K with latest SP.
We currently have Exchange 2K on a Win2K box, but we do not use Outlook for
email, we have users on Eudora Pro. This particular user is using Outlook
as the email client and pops her emails from the Exchange server.
Whenever she makes a new physical connection (RAS) she receives duplicate
emails from the past.
Do you know what the 'leave mail on server' default is for Exchange? Is
there such a thing in Exchange2K (from what it looks like there is about 3
weeks worth of emails in her account)
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks
Michelle

The deletion of messages and index of what messages have been
downloaded are stored on the client, not in Exchange or <insert mail
server of choice>.Sounds like there's a client issue. Try having them
use a new PST.
