| The question has to be, why?
There mail password is the same as the password they use to log onto the
network.

| You do not need users password to migrate them to a different Exchange
server, you cannot read users passwords, if you are the administrator and
you want to reset a users password to something then thats possible.

| Thanks but it is not clear answer for me
I don't want to use any-other version of exchange. In fact I don't want to
use Active Directory.. I want to use Membership Database.. SQL 7.0...
SQL2000... you know.
I use "ldifde" and find some of user's password..but not all of users'
pass.. Why?
Is there anyone who can tell me how E2K/AD is store users' attributes..
