| Hi. I'm running Exchange 2000. I have a problem with one
of my users mailboxes. There are 3 folders within the MBX
directory that are of exactly the same value (same name,
same size, same content, same mailbox basically). I'm not
sure how this came about but it's causing problems with
name checking within her outlook as well as her contacts
folder. I want to delete all three from within the MBX
folder but once I delete it'll get only so far before I'm
told it cannot read from source.
I've tried to delete all her mail from within the 'active
directory users and computers' MMC...and it says the
mails' been deleted, as it has, but the folders within the
MBX folder, remain and cannot be deleted.
