| I have a load of mail enabled public folders set up in Exchange
2000 SP3. This is just one server, one domain and a handful of
users. Each public folder has been given 'contributor' permissions
for Anonymous and Default groups, and until now they've worked just
fine.
Now suddenly, some of them have stopped working. Any attempt
to send to 'foldername@domain.tld' results in a NDR to the
sender:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: <subject>
Sent: 9/25/2002 11:58
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
foldername@domain.tld on 9/25/2002 11:58
The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this
message was sent to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient
directly to find out the correct address.
<ex2k.domain.tld #5.1.1>
The same thing happens for mail sent from the outside using
SMTP as well as mail sent using MAPI clients like Outlook
from the inside. The folder is still there, the address has
not been changed, the permissions are in place and nothing
has been changed so far as I know.
Has this happened to someone else?
