Hi all,

Any idea why rooms booked via public folders can be double
booked?

We have a recurring meeting Tues @10am for a video
conference with the client, but some other user has also
booked the room all day... This has happened several times
in the last few weeks.

Can the setup be changed so that if it's already booked
you are at least warned before it allows the double
booking??

IIRC, you can't see the free/busy time for a public folder calendar. We use
a normal user/mailbox, and set the options in the client to automatically
decline conflicting meeting requests.
