Store Event Sink for public folder message type

| Default posting for public folders has changed in Ex2K so that messages sent
to a public folder from a non-MAPI email message get logged in the folder as
a IPM.Post message instead of a IPM.Note.
According to the article below, a store event sink wil take care of this.
Not being a programmer it seems like a huge project.
I was hoping someone may have already gone through it and was interested in
sharing
