How to enable IM in multiple accounts

So we have roughly 700 mailboxes. Short of going into each individual
account to enable Instant Messaging.... Is there a way to do it for the
entire organization (just enable it and point it to the right server) -- it
seems rediculous to have to do this for every single client.

You can select multiple accounts in ADUC, right-click, Exchange Tasks, and
IM-enable them at the same time (I'm pretty sure I did this!)
