Cant send email-PLEASE HELP URGENT

| Using exchange 2000. ONe of my user cannot send email to
two particular emails but can recieve from them. Also can
send to all other email address.
If I send email to these "two particular emails" from my
address it goes.
What seems to be the problem. There is an error 5.5.5.
Checked for virus nothing.
Recreated the users mailbox and changed password. nothing
happens
PLEASE HELP

| Does the user have these people defined as contacts? Or added to his
address book? I would check there...

| He has these add in the add book(netscape). I checked
there nothing wrong there
