| Hi everyone,
Everything was working fine yesterday but this morning, when I tried to Open
the "Public Folders"
with the System Manager, I receive the errors "ID no:80004005 Exchange
System Manager".
Tried to connect to the Public Folder Store a few times, this error keeps on
coming up.
I used Outlook 2000 and there is no problem creating a new folders and
posting to it.
Please advice how to access the Public Folders from the system manager.
regards,
jonanthan

Do you have the ESM installed on a workstation or another server? Do you
receive the error there as well?

| Hi Melissa,
Thanks for replying. My Service Manager in my first exchange server is
working fine; it can view the pulibc folders. It's only the Service Manager
in the second exchange server that could not view the public folders.
Here 're some peculiar observations from the second server.
(1)last night the drive M is missing, couldn't locate it in Windows
explorer, but this morning it's there.
(2)for both of the 2 servers, I notice that the shared "BackOfficeStorage"
is not created for drive M. How come? So what I did was that I went to
create it manually in windows explorer, but the options buttons keep going
back to "not shared" although the shared is successfully created. However,
this does not solve the 80004005
