| If the OWA server is behind the firewall or in a DMZ, you need to allow RPC
and HTTP/HTTPS traffic from the OWA server through to your backend servers.
If the OWA server is behind the firewall with the Exchange servers, then you
just need to open HTTP/HTTPS access through the firewall to the OWA machine.
There are a few articles/whitepapers on this very topic on the Microsoft
site. I'd suggest starting there.
