Adding Security Tag

| Is there a way to add a security tag to outbound email from and Exchange 5.5
server without configuring all users signatures? I would like to add a tag
to all outbound emails coming from the server... Example: "This email was
sent from Company XXXX and is property of Company XXX all information
contained within this email should be treated as confidential information"

| I think these articles should help you out. There is not a way to directly
do this through the GUI, but can be done fairly easily with Event Sinks

In addition to Ashley's info, there are third party tools to do this as
well. www.gfi.com (MailEssentials) and www.policypatrol.com (Policy Patrol).

| I think Jason's question pertains to Exchange 5.5, so those articles don't
apply. Having said that, have a look at
http://support.microsoft.com/defaul...;en-us;Q262097, which
discusses how to do this.
Hope this helps.
