Lockup issues with SBS2k

| Hi there... I run a network consisted of one server running SBS2k. All
patches, etc are up to date.
From time to time, she just locks up tighter than tight.
The only thing I can see in the event viewer is the following.
Event Id 1020 DHCPServer
Scope, 192.168.0.0, is 100 percent full with only 0 IP addresses remaining.
Could this be the cause?
If not ... any help is appreciated. I can not seem to track the lockup
reason down and it is becoming a major problem.
