how do you forward an exchange mailbox address to a different pop3 account

I am setting up an exchange server for one dept. of our
company to use. The other dept's user's will have
exchange accounts but I only want the exchange server to
forward mail to a pop account of the user's choice. I
don't know how to forward email from an exchange account
to a different account. Please email me or point me to an
article. Thank You in advance ~Green Exchange Admin
