Error in moving message from Inbox to Public Folder

Everytime I try to move a message from Inbox to a public folder I get "There
is no replica for that mailbox".
I have this problem with outlook express and Outlook 2000 as clients.
I don't understand from where come the replica problem here because I try to
move from/to the same server and it is not replicated !!
