Duplicate SystemMailbox{GUID} Mailbox in one of the Exchange Mailbox Stores

I just recently installed an exchange 2000.

I have One Storage Group with three mailbox stores (plus
the public folder store).
A mailbox store is still empty and having two identical
SystemMailbox(s). It should have only ONE. The other
stores are normal.

Nothing in the "Event Viewer" logs.

Attached is a snap shot of the system manger.

Active directory is reflecting one instance of that
specific SystemMailbox.

Any clue? Any help? Will this lead into trouble in the
future as I add users in that store?
