How can i get my laptop users to access thier mail from
outside the lan using outlook 2000

Maybe OWA but im not sure how to configure it
Or POP but again not quite sure
I can send and recieve outer office mail from within the
office but need management to access \

VPN, so they can use Outlook, or Outlook Web Access. OWA is already
installed by default. Test from inside by going to

http://servername/exchange

If that works, have your ISP/DNS host create an A record like
mail.yourdomain.com that points to your public IP, and open up port 80 (or
443 if you want SSL), so you can access it externally.
