Author OWA logs with 4 hour time difference?

I have activated logging on the OWA - the log file shows a timestamp with a
time different 4 hours ahead of current time?! System clock is in sync. with
the rest of the network - any ideas?

The times are in UTC. EDT is UTC-4

Wait a few months and they'll be off by 5 hours, EST is UTC-5
