Author Query regarding ooo in 5.5.

Hi there,

We have a user, whose ooo has refused to send back a reply
that she's out of the office. I have checked the size of
her mailbox, checked her limits and everything is fine.
There are no rules set on her mailbox. I have removed the
ooo and applied them again, then asked a colleauge to send
a test message, still no ooo reply is being sent back. I
have moved her to another server and still no luck. Any
ideas?
