all incoming mail to plaintext

| Is there any way to convert all incoming mail to plaintext-only (keeping any
attachments)? Information lost in the conversion from HTML is acceptable,
as long as most rendered text is converted to plaintext. I'm thinking
something along the lines of an event sink calling that outlook plaintext
converter library, but I can't find much documentation. I have no problem
writing most of it myself, if someone can help. Thanks!
