Exchange Permissions Problems

| All,
Over the weekend I upgraded my Exchange 5.5 box to 2000.
All went well, except that my administrator account no
longer has mailbox access for all of my user mailboxes.
The admin account that I'm using has Enterprise, Domain,
and Exchange Admin rights. Before the upgrade, I was able
to access any mailbox via the admin sign on. What caused
my permissions to cease and how do I recover them?
Thanks in advance.
