Hi again,
I have already done that options but really it doesnt work again, even there
is a another option that i have already done, but it didnt work again, and
it is registry settings. I also did this thing but it didnt work again..

You have to do two things (assuming Exchange2000):

1) In exchange system manager goto global settings>Right click message
delivery>Properties and then look for the 3rd tab across the top called
"Filtering". Here you can add the email address you wish to filter. You may
also use wildcards to include an entire domain or any username:

*@hotmail.com = any username
*@*.com = no email from anyone coming from .com
xxx@hotmail.com = specific user XXX on hotmail

2) You must enable the filtering. This feature is buried in the Exchange
system admin. Goto administrative tools>find your
server>Protocols>SMTP>Right Click Default SMTP Virtual
Server>Properties>Under the general tab there is a button labelled
"Advanced">Edit>checkbox "Apply Filter"
