microsoft.public.exchange2000.admin - The name could not be resolved

I have added all my users to exchange mailboxes. but when
i tryto add this perticular user it tells me that the name
could not be resoved. the name could not be found in the
address list. The user has a mailbox and is in the
recipients list as well i can see them in the address
lists global as well. but cant set up exchange on outlook
cause of this error.

Do you also apply the security rollup package before creating this user?
