An Exchange 5.5 was installed on the NT PDC , there's a Win2k member server
in these network, and my question is ----Can i install Exchange 2000 on
this Win2k member server?

Is Exchange 2000 only work under Active Directory Struture?

Yes, you can install Exchange 2000 on a member server, but your domain must
be a Windows 2000 domain and you therefore must have an Active Directory.
So you'll need to upgrade your domain to Windows 2000 first. Before
embarking on Exchange 2000, do read a book, as it's way different.
