i was wondering if anyone knows why this error could occure and how can it
be solved.

| That appears to be a message generated by a system using DNS blacklist
lookup software. If that is the case, then your server's IP address has been
put on a list of systems used for spamming.
I recommend you call the network administrator of the system that issued
this rejection, find out what DNS blacklist he/she subscribes to and then
contact them for removal after you have verified that your server does not
allow unauthorized relay of SMTP traffic.
