Hi.

Have anyone of seen some kind of application that can handle a mail when it
arrives in a mailbox and then sends a reply. I dont want to use the rules as
it can stop to work sometimes and I dont trust them

If you're having problems with the rules in your particular environment,
then that's an issue you need to address in-house ... something is wrong.
You need to troubleshoot and fix your particular environment. Exchange
rules are way more reliable than anything you'll find third-party ... I've
been using them for many years with only very rare problems that have always
been easily fixed. What problems are you having?
