DL and bounced back msg from Disabled accounts

| On Exchange 5.5 when employees left the company, we used
to "disable" the accounts for 60 days and then remove the
accounts from distribution lists (DL) to avoid bounced
back messages when people sent messages to DL where the
disabled account was a member of.
On Exchange 2000, is there any way to disable the account
and have the user be removed "automatically" from all
distribution lists ?

| I guess you could script that.
